Exchange Policy
At MERLOT, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. Each item is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity and consistency.
While we do not accept returns, we are pleased to offer exchanges to ensure you receive the perfect fit.
Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 (seven) days from the date your order is received.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size, or for another item of equal or higher value (any price difference will be adjusted accordingly).
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability, as our collections are produced in limited runs.
Procedure
- Contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp or email at merlotindonesia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
- Once your request is verified, our team will provide return instructions and confirm product availability.
- After the item has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipment error, MERLOT will cover all related shipping fees.
Additional Information
- We currently do not provide refunds.
- Items purchased during promotional periods, sample sales, or using discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
- Please ensure proper handling and packaging when returning items to preserve product condition during transit.
